House Rules

§1 General Provisions

1. These House Rules govern the use of the Na Fali holiday cottages (hereinafter the "Property") located at ul. Bogusława XIV 18, 78-111 Ustronie Morskie, Poland. 2. Making a booking and checking in at the Property constitutes acceptance of these House Rules. 3. The guest making the booking is responsible for compliance with these House Rules.

§2 Check-in and Check-out

1. The stay in the cottage begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival (check-in) and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure (check-out). 2. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible after prior arrangement with the owner and may be subject to an additional fee. 3. Guests are required to inform the owner of their estimated arrival time.

§3 Number of Guests

1. The cottage may only be occupied by the number of persons specified in the booking, not exceeding the maximum capacity of the cottage. 2. Accommodating additional guests in the cottage without the owner's consent is prohibited.

§4 Quiet Hours

1. Quiet hours are in effect throughout the Property from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 2. We ask guests to maintain peace and not disturb neighbors at all times.

§5 No Smoking Policy

1. Smoking of tobacco and related products is strictly prohibited throughout the entire Property, including inside the cottages. 2. Smoking inside the cottage will result in a cleaning fee of PLN 500.

§6 Pets

1. Bringing pets requires prior arrangement with the owner. 2. The pet owner bears full responsibility for any damage caused by the pet.

§7 Parking

1. The Property offers free parking directly next to the cottages. 2. The parking area is unguarded. The Property owner is not responsible for vehicles left in the parking area.

§8 Liability and Damages

1. Guests are fully responsible for all damage, harm, or destruction to the Property's equipment and facilities caused by them or persons staying with them. 2. Any damages must be reported to the owner immediately. 3. The Property owner is not liable for personal belongings of guests left on the premises.

§9 General Rules

1. The following is prohibited on the Property:

using open fire without the owner's permission,
bringing and using psychoactive substances,
organising mass events,
disturbing the peace of other guests.

2. Children must remain under the constant supervision of their parents or guardians. 3. The owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement in the event of a serious breach of these House Rules, without a refund of the accommodation fee.

§11 Final Provisions

1. Matters not regulated by these House Rules shall be governed by Polish law. 2. The owner reserves the right to amend these House Rules. Guests will be informed of any changes at the time of their next booking.
